ONLINE FEE PAYMENT

KAP has facilitated the payment of fees through online for the convenience of parents and students.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If the payment is successful, you will get a payment confirmation email and the student has to keep the same for reference.

• If the transaction has failed for some reasons, you are requested to wait for three working days before trying for payment again. Please contact the accounts department for any discrepancy of online fee faced by you with reference to any of your transaction.
• Please make a note of Reference/Transaction Details in case of Net banking or Card payment.
• By registering to the Online Certificate Verification Service (OCVS) you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this service Agreement.
• The information provided to you is based on your representation that the information will be used for the legitimate purpose of verifying the degree/provisional certificate
• You certify and agree that you, or the company/institution/university you represent, have a legal release from the subject of your inquiry and that you will not use this information for commend other purposes including but not limited to the purposes prohibited by law, Marketing, Database building, etc.
• It is understood and agreed that the information is for the internal use only within your firm or the organization/institution you are authorized to represent. You hereby agree to indemnify and ant hold harmless credentials from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or related to any claims or actions brought against credemas unauthorized, unlawful or improper use of the information provided to you.
• All information provided here should be held in strict confidence and should not be reproduced, revealed, transmitted or made accessible in whole or in part, in any manner to any cattery Books and stationery, uniform, and ID card charges are not included in the Tuition fee.

PRIVACY POLICY

All data shall be kept secure, and shall not be revealed to anyone or utilized for any other purpose. The data provided shall be used in connection with online payments. Our policy is simple: We collect personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information to us. We do not give, share, sell, or transfer any personal information to a third party

NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION WE RECORD

We do not record any personal data of the visitors on the site. The number of visitors are tracked which is used for the statistical analysis to make our site more useful in terms of information for the users

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

There is no cancellation option for the students/parents. In case of duplicate payment, the end user can approach the acounts department in the college for clarification or refund with proof of the transaction. Based on submission of proof for of transaction, it shall be verified and refunded in 5-7 working days or it will be adjusted with the tuition fee accordingly.
